  • 5 fresh figs
  • 3 oz. gorgonzola
  • 4 tablespoons Balsamic Reduction
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Mint
Instructions

Cut figs in half.

Place a knob of soft, unaged Gorgonzola on each fig half. Enough to make its presence known, but not too much to overpower the fig or to completely cover its pinkish beauty.

Drizzle a little balsamic reduction on top.

Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves.

Serve
