Ingredients
- 3/4 tbsp almond extract
- 2 cups almond meal ((ready-to-use ground-up almonds))
- 1 tbsp amaretto liqueur
- 5 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets, grated
- 3 whole egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Mix first three ingredients in a bowl. Beat egg whites until not quite stiff in a separate bowl.
Add almond extract and amaretto to the egg whites; gradually add dry ingredients.
Mix well. With two teaspoons, form walnut sized potions and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
