  • 6 ounces angel hair pasta (capellini)
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, minced
  • 1 Garlic clove, put through a press
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

In large pot of boiling water, cook angel hair pasta 3 minutes, until tender.

Drain; set aside.Meanwhile, in medium skillet, heat olive oil; add garlic. Cook over low heat, crushing garlic with fork, 2 minutes, until tender.

Add cooked angel hair, parsley, lemon juice and salt; toss to coat.

Serve sprinkled with pepper.
