Ingredients
- 1 pkt Angel Hair pasta, (9 ounce)
- 1/4 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled
Instructions
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, according to package directions.
Drain and return to cooking pot. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
Add the garlic and saute until soft, do not let brown!
