Cook, stirring, until radicchio is wilted and just tender (about 3 min).Meanwhile, cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Drain pasta and top with sweet potato mixture, or add the pasta to the mixture and stir to combine.

Serve topped with the grated Parmesan.
