- 2 tbsp. cold-pressed sesame oil (or olive)
- 2 tsp. raw honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 tsp. brown rice vinegar
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger root, minced
- 2 spring onions, sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup mint, chopped
