Spaghetti with Sungold Tomatoes and Scallops
Ingredients
- 1 Large Clove of Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 handfuls Sungold Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 10 small Basil leaves + a few Basil Sprigs for garnish
- 1/2 pound Spaghetti
- 3/4 pound Dry Sea Scallops, muscle removed, rinsed and patted dry
- Salt and Pepper to taste
