Ingredients
- 2 Italian sausage links, about 8 oz
- 6 ounces Spaghetti
- 7-8 ounces Cherry tomatoes. I use the mini martzanos. Cut in half or quarters
- 1/2 Onion sliced thin
- 2 Cloves garlic. Minced or pressed
- 1 cup Unsalted chicken stock
- 1+ cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Dried basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan for serving
