Dark Chocolate Chili
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 medium/large yellow onion diced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 12 ounces mild italian sausage
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups diced red/green/yellow bell peppers
- 15 ounces can tomato sauce
- 10 ounces can rotel tomatoes
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 2 15 ounces cans black beans
- 12 ounces water
- 1.5 ounces dark chocolate
