- 3 x green onion stalks, cut into 2 inch sections
- 1/2 cup canned bamboo shoots
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water in a small bowl
