Ingredients
- 100g (7 tbsp) butter
- 75g (⅓ cup) superfine sugar, plus extra to dust
- 100g (¾ cup) plain all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 50g (¼ cup) plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- You will also need a 24-hole mini muffin tray and two disposable piping bags.
