- 8 Cloves of Garlic, Thinly Julienned
- 16 ounces Frozen Peas
- 8-10 ounces Baby Spinach
- 1/4-1/3 cups Vegetable Stock or Water
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 tablespoon Butter (optional)
