Ingredients
- 200g or 1 cup of whole spelt flour

- 65ml or just over 1/4 cup of hot water
- 125g or about 8 medium shiitake mushrooms
- 150g or about 1/4 of a small savoy cabbage, roughly chopped
- 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tsp miso paste
- 2 tsp sesame oil + 2 tsp for frying
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed chilies
