Ingredients
- 800 grams neck of lamb or other cheap cut on the bone
- 1 sweetheart cabbage, shredded
- 3 carrots, sliced thinly
- 500 grams peas in the pod, podded
- 2 heads of little gem lettuce, shredded
- 1 bunch green/spring onions (8-10) cut into logs
- 1 handful each of chopped mint, parsley and chives
- 2 bay leaves
- salt to taste
