- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 3 ounces ahi tuna, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons ponzu sauce
- sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1 cup shredded jicama
- 2 tablespoons chipotle mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
- fried wonton strips (optional)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chipotle puree (canned chipotles in adobo pureed in a blender)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- juice of 1/2 lime
