Sweet Potato and White Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch chunks
- 15 ounces can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 t + 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup olive oil
