Cauliflower and Pasta with Spanish Flavors
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Dried pasta, your favorite shape
- 3 ounces Smoked chorizo, cut into 1/4 inch circles
- 1/2 Head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons Green olives with pimento, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon Spanish paprika, dulce
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- Pinch Spanish paprika, picante
- 2 teaspoons Rosemary, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a Lemon
