- * scant 1 teaspoon of salt (slightly more than 1/2 tsp)
- * 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- * 3 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- * ~1/4 cup of whole wheat bread crumb
- tabbouleh
- * 2 bunch of curly parsley
- * 1-2 roma tomato
- * 1/2 a red onion
- * 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
- * 4-5 tb of lemon juice
- * 1/4 cup of quinoa
