- 6 whole Greek-style Pita Breads
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini (sesame Paste)
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 4 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
- ½ cups English Cucumber, Sliced
- ½ cups Italian Parsley, Chopped
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Quartered
