Beef and Mushroom Lasagna with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 1 small onion
- 1 celery rib
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 portobello mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 6 oz. cans of tomato paste
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 8 ounces oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 3 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
- 3 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
