- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 C onions, chopped
- 1 C bell pepper, chopped
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 jar (26 oz) tomato basil sauce
- 8 no boil lasagna noodles
