- 1 1/2 cups cooked, drained chickpeas
- 1 cup minced mushrooms (about 6 button mushrooms)
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour (or all purpose flour)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley and/or cilantro
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (2 large cloves)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (less if using canned chickpeas)
