- 1 cup of Dried Chickpeas, soaked for 24 hours (this will yield 3 cups after they have soaked)
- 1 Small Red Onion, roughly chopped
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 cup of Fresh Parsley
- 1 cup of Fresh Cilantro
- 1-1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds
- 1-1/2 tsp of Coriander Seeds
- 1/4 tsp (or to taste) or Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
- salt
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of Tahini
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- About 1/2 cup of Water
