Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free rolled oats
- 3/4 cup Gluten Free oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flax meal + 2 tbsp water (can substitute 1 egg white if not vegan)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons mint chocolate chips
