- 8 ounces pizza dough, rested at room temperature for 4 hours
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal, for dusting
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 12 to 14 slices pepperoni
- 8 ounces smoked mozzarella, shredded
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Fresh basil, for garnish
