- 1/2 cup button mushrooms (roughly chop)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup carrots, minced
- 1/4 bunch of Italian parsley, washed, stems removed, finely chopped
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs (about 3 slices)
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounces Stilton cheese, crumbled
