- 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour/plain flour (200g)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs (70g each)
- 1¼ cups sugar (i used ¾ cups – 150g)
- ½ cup vegetable oil (85g)
- 3 large very ripe bananas (300g), coarsely mashed
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups walnuts, toasted and chopped (100g)
