- 1/2 x yellow onion

- 1 inch fresh ginger root

- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 6-7 x sage leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp tarragon, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3/4-1 cup ricotta
