Ingredients

- 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, plus more for serving
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- Olive oil spray, for the springform pan
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Torn fresh basil, to serve
