- 1 small shallot - diced
- 3 carrots, cut into small circles
- 2 large, juicy tomatoes, heirloom if in season
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 or 2 pinches of red pepper flake
- 2 medium sized, summer squash - diced
- 1 lime
