Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons low-sugar strawberry jam
• 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
• 1 pound strawberries, hulled and halved if small or quartered if large
• Kosher salt
• 1/2 ounce freeze-dried strawberries (about heaping 1/2 cup)
• 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup chilled heavy cream
