- 4-6 baby bok choy (depending on size)
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons tamari (or soy) sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oil + 1 teaspoon tamari (for seasoning the fish)
- black pepper to taste
