- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice, plus lemon wedges for serving
