Uncle Richards Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes or one 15 oz. can of mashed sweet potatoes
- 3 x beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk (one 12 oz. can)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
