Sweets and Little Lamb Meats
Ingredients
- 1 purple sweet potato
- 1 standard issue orange sweet potato
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 4" sprigs of rosemary - stripped off the stem and minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1 cup plain yogurt (I like a regular one like stonyfield as opposed to a thicker greek yogurt for this)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper
