- 1 3/4 cup/8 oz/225g whole wheat pastry flour
- scant cup/225 ml heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 7 ounces/200g 70% bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
- flaky sea salt, cocoa powder
