Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, chilled & cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 4-5 tablespoons water
- 1 cup whole almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup almond paste
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons grated lemon zest
