Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey ( 93% lean /7% fat; I like Jenni-O)
- 4 teaspoons jerk seasoning (see recipe note)
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 small habanero peppers , seeded and minced
- 3 garlic cloves , minced
- 4 green onions , green parts only, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow onion , finely diced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves (no need to chop)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
