- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 0.25 c. bread crumbs
- 0.5 lb. ground beef
- 0.25 lb. sausage (Stevie uses pork, but you may substitute lamb or turkey sausage.)

- 0.75 c. marinara sauce

- 5 oz. mozzarella cheese
