Ingredients
- 3 cups Thinly Shredded Cabbage (1/4 Head) or approx. a 12 oz package of coleslaw w/carrots
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground White Pepper
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
- 3/4 cup Panko Crumbs
- 4 Scallions, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Ginger or 1 (1 inch) piece freshly grated.
- 3 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- SAUCE:
- 1 cup Hoisin Sauce (the garlic version is good.)
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 4 teaspoons Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 packet (two pouches) Stir Fry Noodles (I use KAME - -Hokkien)
- 3 handfuls Cashews
