- 2 teaspoons minced ginger - remove skin first
- 1/2 cup veggie or chicken broth
- 1 cup carrot peeled and julienned
- 1 cup red or yellow bell pepper- julienned
- 6-8 ounces baby bella mushrooms - sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 teaspoons crispy garlic in chili oil
