- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ½ onion, peeled, finely chopped
- 130g/4½oz canned dolphin-friendly tuna, drained, flaked
- 160g/5½oz pasta (such as macaroni, penne or fusilli), cooked according to packet instructions, drained
- 60-80g dried breadcrumbs
- 6-8 anchovy fillets, cut in half lengthways
