- 1 red chile, thinly sliced, with seeds
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, plus more as desired
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (from about about ½ lime)
- 2 scallions, chopped, for garnish
- Lime wedges or halved calamansi, for serving
