My Idea Of A Classic Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 24 oz cream cheese (three packages), at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (optional)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt (up to 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1 cup sour cream
- Fresh berries, chocolate or sauces to garnish
