Easy soup maker roast chicken soup
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 large carrot chopped
- ½ tbsp thyme leaves, roughly chopped
- 700ml chicken stock
- 100g frozen peas
- 150g leftover roast chicken shredded and skin removed
- 1½ tbsp Greek yogurt
- ½ small garlic clove crushed
- squeeze lemon juice
