- One 14-ounce package spinach dumpling wrappers, such as Twin Marquis
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons shiro dashi
- 1 teaspoon wheat starch
- Vegetable oil, for frying
