- 0.25 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

- 4 whole dry kashmiri red chillies
- 0.5 tbsp sliced ginger (adrak)
- 1 cinnamon (dalchini)
- 2 cloves (laung / lavang)
- 2 teaspoon black peppercorns (kalimirch)
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
