Ingredients
- 1 medium russet potato
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Chili
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or your favorite Cheese)
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt (I prefer Chobani) (or sub Sour Cream)

- 2 small onions, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 LBS ground Beef (I prefer 90/10 but any will work)
- ¼ cup tomato Paste
- 6 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 3 teaspoons Ground Oregano
- 8 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
