- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp lime flavored ponzu sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
- 4 tsp chinese five spice powder
- 4 tsp fresh garlic, finely minced or pressed
- 4 tsp crytallized ginger, finely minced
- 1 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp thai bird chili pepper, finely minced (for spicy heat, optional)
