Great Grams Buttermilk Bread Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk (I prefer Kate's)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons Diamond kosher salt
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, seperated
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (more if needed)
- 2 pinches coarse salt for sprinkling
